4 weeks / 4 days per week

Took a 5x5 4 day split routine and added the accessories from triumvirate. All accessories are optional of course. Do whatever feels right. Rest as needed. I like 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off. At least one cardio a week. Can swap days too. Bench squat press dl etc
